Phase Professional Cooking and Baking is very suitable for baking and roasting at high temperatures. The liquid oil contains a long-lasting natural butter flavor and is the alternative to clarified butter. The oil does not splash, does not burn thanks to its high heat resistance (up to 215�C) and can therefore be used several times. Phase baking and roasting bakes crispy like oil, but with the refined taste of butter. Ideal for baking and roasting meat or fish, making your own Hollandaise and Béarnaise sauce and finishing vegetables, pastas and purees. Phase Professional baking and roasting is gluten-free, lactose-free and suitable for a vegetarian and vegan diet
