Christmas pudding from Matthew Walker

A Christmas pudding is a traditional British steamed pudding full of dried fruit and spices, served warm after the Christmas meal. Matthew Walker makes them in both a Luxury and a Classic recipe. The Matthew Walker Luxury Christmas Pudding comes in a box of twelve 400-gram puddings, a good size for a family table. Need one big centrepiece? The Matthew Walker Classic Christmas Pudding 800 grams serves a larger group. Individual 100-gram puddings are also available, which makes portioning easy for hotels, care homes and party buffets. That is handy when you plan a festive menu for many guests.

Quick desserts all year round

Outside the festive season you still have plenty of options. With the Callebaut White Chocolate Mousse you can serve a smooth white chocolate mousse with very little effort. Serve it in glasses, use it as a cake filling or pipe it onto a tart.
