Oliehoorn fries sauce 25% is an emulsion of vegetable oil, egg yolk and water stabilized by carbohydrates. The structure of the sauce is smooth and supple. Chips sauce 25% contains 25% oil.

Ingredients: Water, 25% rapeseed oil, sugar, wheat starch, vinegar, free-range egg yolk, salt, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), modified potato starch, preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring, food acid (citric acid), thickener (guar gum, xanthan gum), coloring agent (beta carotene) and antioxidant (EDTA).
