Carriers use this to determine the weight of a package, which determines shipping costs. The larger your package, the higher the volumetric weight. But if the actual weight is higher than the volumetric weight, carriers will use the actual weight. The volume weight is calculated according to this formula: length x width x height / 5000.

The reason why we do not offer free shipping is very simple: the costs incurred for shipping must be paid in some way. Most webshops pass on these costs as a kind of surcharge in the selling price of the products.

In addition, the many traffic movements cause extra CO2 emissions. We hope that consumers make conscious purchases on a web shop and do not buy impulsively, because the shipping is "free" after all
